I googled and found that rabbits as pets generally live 5 to 8 years but can live as long as 12 years.

Don't know how accurate that is. That's for California rabbits and I'm assuming that's what we're talking about since that member is from CA.

PS - I don't think I have all my facts right and I think there's more to it than that. Started my weekly Friday night drinks a little too early. lol

This little girl was found cold and sick in the woods behind our house. We brought her back to health and she was supposed to be a foster cat until she was old enough to be adopted. The prospective adopters decided against it, so she's still with us and probably will be for the rest of her life. She's really won us over. That big guy is her new uncle, Ollie.

Daughter added a puppy to the family, a long haired black and tan. Needless to say, he will be spending many days over here for visits with the nephews.

Not the best pics...but it's tough getting all three to relax long enough to take.

He's a tick under 9 weeks old...
