I don't think there's any chance that's true

I agree, but the delays some of us have encountered is insane.

Have you asked your CA/talked to a Genius? If the site is showing Ready for Transport, I bet you are on your way to the port/might already be there.

I just called to help verify and I was told my car left for the port August 26th and is on the way. And yes my status is still "Ready for Transport"

I have not talked to anyone in a few weeks, as last time I chatted with Genius they said it would be a few weeks till I made it to Veracruz. I will give them a call later today.

It's all luck and timing. I could've had a car in just over two months from time of order and bailed on it when it arrived. Wasn't a gigantic dealer or anything like that.

From my experience, Genius doesn't have access to info from the time the car leaves the plant and until it gets loaded onto a ship. That means it could or could not already be at port waiting for a ship. I went through this with a previous order.

It's a 10 hour drive from the factory to VeraCruz. I was told by the genius last week that my MY22 left the factory 8/14 and as of today noone has any idea if it at the port or where it is. I agree What???

Just talked to Genius myself and they said my car is still at the factory. I'm still in Ready to Transport status so I'm just gonna assume another month of waiting.

I'd love an explanation of their entire decision making process for how/why cars move at the assigned speed. Nobody has uncovered this yet?

just emailed my CA today and it seems I am currently at status 160 (Ready for Transport?) handed over to courier , at this point it does not show a departure date yet and he will be in touch as soon as it shows an ETA.

But again I am in Canada and I dont have access to the tracker to see the status updates myself and I email/call my CA once per 1-2 weeks so I dont know when I exactly went into the latest 160 status.
My car was supposed to finish production on the week starting with 21th August.
I guess now we are a bunch of cars already on the parking lot at Veracruz port waiting for other cars to come from factory so we can fill the next RO-RO ship for the East Coast deliveries?
So maybe we get lucky with the deliveries around the weeks of 23th -30th September given the online tracker is always behind the actual status?

My week 40 just went to 150 with a production date of 9/13. Has anyone else been pulled forward?

They're behind on their protection payments to the cartel.

Not yet, but that's great news. So you basically got bumped up 2 weeks. I'm at week 42, so that hopefully means I can slide into your week 40 slot.

A bunch of people in this thread got updated to In Transit today because a boat left Veracruz for the East Coast.
