Oh, it gets worse than that. Here's my journey thus far:

5/9/22: 190 (Dispatched from factory)
5/9/22: 193 (At the port) Storage
6/2/22: 195 (In transit) Train from storage to port
6/3/22: 193 (At the port) The real port (Bremerhaven) this time
6/14/22: 195 (In transit) Aboard K-Line Brooklands
7/5/22: 193 (At the port) Docked at Charleston
7/6/22: 195 (In transit) Train to Greenville VPC
7/12/22: 193 (At the port) Arrival at VPC
Next?: 195 (In transit) Transport to PC

(It helps to touch base with your CA or Genius once it gets to the US to clarify between the 193-195 toggles.)

As it stands, in Germany you are in status 165 as soon as the car leaves the factory until you leave the ship in the port of arrival (Status 165 – Werksausgang und Transit).

I'm in the same position. PNC's check will arrive tomorrow and is good for 30 days, if the car takes longer, I need to order another check at which time my rate can bump up a bit, depending on on the market.

Anyone know the up to date schedule for RCC America?

Vessel Finder is saying that the ETA for the RCC America is to be in Baltimore on Sept 11th.

yes , RCC America its on its way to Baltimore port now but lets hope it will be there earlier than the "estimated" 11th of Sept.
It seems the vessel had to unload a lot of BMWs in Jacksonville as it spent nearly 20 hours at that port unlike in Brunswick where it spent only 7 hours...

Nope that's still there, thankfully. I asked my CA about them removing that package from my build and he was pretty sure that would not happen at this point.

After placing an original order for my M240 in November 2022, and placing a new order for a 2023 M240 at the beginning of the model year, I’ve given up and have a M340 scheduled for November delivery. It’s been a frustrating 10 months trying to get my preferred car, but I think I’ll be happy with the M340 as an acceptable compromise.

Oh I just noticed that Illuminated M trim is now added to the build. I did not originally have it in my order. That's very odd.

Mine was at the Galveston Port, being delivered to Austin.

So your car was unloaded in Brunswick earlier this week, right? Was that the first available date for PCD? Just curious if three weeks out is the norm now.
