I’d say more personal preference, however I’m one of the odd ones here and prefer the round wheel.

Typically you aren’t supposed to corner any different in manual than auto, both hands on the wheel. One handed into a corner is not ideal. So if gone by standard method, a flat bottom won’t mess your grip up.

Proper technique (they say) is downshift right before enterance and use both hands out until past apex.

But then again, personal preference. I know a bunch of wild boys who track 70% one handed while heel/toeing

Tested out spirited driving in the heat. Handled like a champ. No noticeable power fall off like I have experienced with previous NA vehicles during summers here. Fans did stay running about 3-4 minutes after parking in the garage.

Just watched a YouTube vid on a G87 6MT Racechip GTS install. The guy who installed it was saying map 7 or “race” was too much for the factory clutch, and it will slip at those torque levels.

Curious if you’ve pushed it that hard yet?
