Yeah, as with anything, you get what you pay for. I'll share my experience with them over time. I wanted to get rid of the weird exhaust outlets immediately so I went with these. If they last me a year, I'm fine with it. That is the correct thread though, LivingInSalt just linked the last post. And those do not appear to be the ones I bought.

What's your experience with trying to prevent scuffing under front bumper? I have a driveway that is fairly steep. I know you have to go at it at an angle, but I was wondering if you have had much trouble with it, out and about??

The RCC America seems to have been charmed by Charm City. I thought the ship would be done after docking at Sparrows Point last night but I guess the Captain was in the mood for crab cakes this morning as the ship was in Baltimore early today and is now in Dundalk. When and where our cars will be unloaded is anyone's guess at this point.

Just an FYI,
If your getting a 2023 the sharkfin will not fit. They have changed the design.
Unless its a complete replacement you have?

The spot it is parked at right now is where our local cars are being unloaded. i dont know about the first dock it hit last night but the second spot i saw it at this morning was where they unload cars to be loaded onto trains, presumably to go inland.

What's funny is BMW has a huge VDC in Sparrows Point. That's why I was thinking they were unloading there. Maybe they were just chatting with the Under Armor workers. Lol

Yea I saw the huge lot labeled BMW group at sparrows point and assumed that is where our cars would be unloaded at. I called Genius earlier and all they could tell me was that the ship is scheduled to reach Baltimore 9/14. I told them the ship made it to Baltimore early and she said it could take a day or so for it to update on their end.

I saw many of you posting about having statuses changed after the Illuminated M Trim was added to their order, so I decided to call Genius and see if anything happened to mine (fyi, I've always been at status 111 (order received). My estimated production week has not changed, and is still sitting at week 42. Hopefully the plant gets it in gear and some of us can get pushed up a week or two.

Genius says the cars are at the port but still need to be driven to the vehicle processing center. Then they will be able to give dealership delivery eta’s. My BMW also shows at the port currently.

At this point, it would've been faster to just take Amtrak down to MD and pick up from a dealer there.

Just took delivery of my 2023 Brooklyn Grey M240i!!

So much better in person, and I couldn't be happier!

Now I just have to restrain myself for 1,200 miles lol!

Can't wait for the rest of you to get in yours! Well worth the wait 👍
