Here is a pic of a M3 Twilight with silver wheels if it helps. Convinced me to get the silver wheel. And I am at Status 111 with the Individual color, but no date yet!

As an owner of a MY22 voodoo blue M3. I can highly recommend the Voodoo blue. It’s awesome.

What wheels?

I did bicolor on my Twilight Purple.

I thought they looked good in the individual visualizer.

You don't get a VIN until after you are scheduled for production.

VIN gets assigned when they pull a chassis.
You aren't there yet.

Your wife will see it and instantly know you are a man of taste.

Anyone else else have a 2025 M2 Vin? I wonder if mine is one of the very first, first week at least.

I had a Techno Violet E36 M3.

This is homage to that car. My current car (i4 M50) is the same color combo as my first BMW, an E12.

Keeping the i4 also.

This worked thanks, my order is indeed received, special color noted and all options accounted for.

Now I want to go to sleep like Carmen did when he was waiting for the new video game system and wake up when it’s done.

You might be the first.

What color? I know my allotment came about 2 days after the first reported one came here, and I had my build in pretty immediately after order banks opened. I’m thinking the FPB will delay mine a week or more.

Skyscraper
Originally when I called the genius line they said week 32. Seems like things are running 3-4 weeks early.

The scheduled production week represents when your vehicle will finish production, not when it begins.

Two of my stores orders also began production already, they have an estimated completion date of 8/8 so it’s all on schedule for week 32.

Interesting. When I had my G80 built I feel like it went from the vin creation stage to completed in less than 2 weeks.

Yeah, it definitely doesn't take two weeks. It can be held up in final QC. But it took 7 days for my i4.

I received my VIN yesterday and mine is Skyscraper as well. Does anyone know if the VINs run sequential down the production line or if they intermingle them?

When I give up the G31 540 in 10 years or so and the kid isn't around as much, this will be my next car.

It will be a slice of heaven in a sea of EV porkers.

Have you made it happen yet? If not, PM me. I know a guy who knows a guy that lives very near Lake Superior- right up in your part of the world. When you PM me, give me your address, garage keypad pin, where you'll leave the car key and the next time you'll be out of the country on vacation. Leave what you think is fair in an envelope under the passenger seat. Couple more things- take your last name off your Bimmerpost handle or you'll likely get us both in trouble for god's sake. Also, DO NOT, put in for another allocation until AFTER the insurance payout, otherwise it will look very suspicious.

Just in case you were speaking metaphorically and not literally, I apologize in advance for the trouble you may get in if your car does indeed "disappear." This plot you are now intricately involved with will likely get you in trouble. When the cops pull up the BMW configurator as a part of the investigation and click on the Twilight Purple, the new Silver 930M wheels and the required Carbon Fiber Roof and start drooling themselves- they are going to know you are as guilty as F*#k. Save the family the time, the money and the embarrassment and just plead. Insurance fraud could barely be considered much of a crime these days- at most you'll get 5 months. Plenty of time for your allocation to come through, production scheduled and built and quick delivery from Mexico. Heck, your new car will be in your garage waiting for you to get out in all likelihood.

If this all comes to be and you do order a 2025 in that flash Purple spec, can you let me know when you vacation again and please do not change the garage code.

Know this is an old comment, but it got me thinking and there are actually 4 grays, no? BG, SG, FPG, and GT! Interestingly though, I’m not sure what I’d replace any of them with. Maybe Posh and Beck’s son for Fire Orange? And since SG and FPG are actually the same color just different sheens, replace the matte one with IOMG...

IOMG or another dark green would have been nice. I’m surprised they didn’t add IOMG considering it seems to be offered on almost every other M car right now.

IOMG is essentially a vivid Emerald Green. I like colors with personality on the G87. While nothing beats a good British Racing Green on more understated body work, i feel like you’d lose the untamed beast vibe the G87 has clearly got going. Feel the same way about PB (but in frozen form, i guess it works).

If BRG had been available I would have gone with that for sure. I’m going with Voodoo Blue though which I think should also look really good.
