There was one guy in L.A.'s Twin Towers jail facility whose brain was fried from methamphetamine use and crack cocaine use. He'd walk around naked like a large percentage of them do, talking to himself, smearing feces around his cell and trying to "gas" deputies…..a term used for the act of tossing excrement on a peace officer. He was a show(er) and a grow(er); easily 8" FLACCID. I was mad!!!!! Lol!
