100% legal.

When it comes to legalities which could cost you your career and land you in prison, are you really going to ask us? Do you not know better?

Is the shotgun shortened or does it just have a pistol grip?

Additionally the great state of Maryland has banned 81 different firearms that are typically legal in other states. Your shotgun may be on the list.

Here is the list.

I see your edit. You'd be barred from any firearm anyways - it says habitual drunkards cannot own any firearms.

If it's a semi-automatic shotgun don't drive through NJ with it. You can have a pistol grip shotgun in NJ but it needs to be a pump/manual. This is why my Benelli M4 has their "field stock" and not a pistol grip.

G36 is a downgraded PDW for me and no match to his former mate G3.
Shot it sometimes onto the range, the spark wouldnt come over.

There’s a Hk91 in my safe somewhere. Nice rifle but is HEAVY. That G36 as it sits is 7 lbs including ACOG. I wouldn’t consider a G3 or a G36 a PDW class rifle either. My PS90 is a better PDW.

G3 had coiled much more which was caused by the bigger caliber and when you shot onto armored vests or lighter kevlar helmets, the bullets went deep in or through..
G36 is shootable with one hand and the ammo is kinda limp

No biggie. If I have to step it up to a 308, I have it cover.

Used to live in MD and commute to it for work.

I hate living so close to the border that I have to worry about the border with my concealed carry permit from PA. I wish I lived more in land PA.

My M14( M1A) weighs in about 12lbs since I added a Leupold scope, Sadlak steel mount and Bradley riser because my eyes aren't what they used to be but I still love it. I qualified with the 14 in service and knew I had to have a civie version, it will remain in my collection.
I take it to the range often for bench shooting but I've never hunted with it. Certainly not a rifle for a long stalk but I will be using it one day for a stand hog hunt in S Carolina.

Personally not a fan of Bersa myself but I've heard some good things about Thunder. I know they're more economical to purchase but I would rather get a PPK.
I own a .380 Beretta 84F but it's a larger pistol for a .380 by today's standard I bought it over 2o years ago.
Have you thought about a 9mm? Ones like the Sig 365 is smaller, lighter then the Bersa, holds 10+1, 9mm has almost twice the energy of the .380. S&W, Sig, Glock make some fine compact .380's and 9mm at fair prices. Give em a look if you're not completly sold on Bersa.

I'm used to an external thumb safety. The Thunder Plus model is 15+1.
