The clown show continues. This is what I got back from BMW genius today:
"Our records indicate your BMW is currently at the final Vehicle Processing Center (VPC). Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA for when it will leave the VPC as the original estimate was for your BMW to leave the VPC on 09/28/2023, which was based of the estimate that would arrive at the VPC on 09/21/2023, but actually arrived at the VPC on 09/25/2023."

I seriously don't get what they are doing at this point. The car got to the Baltimore port on 9/19. What they hell have they been doing since then?

I'm sure a few of us (including me) are on the same boat... er... port. For reference I quickly crunched the numbers from the spreadsheet that that other forum poster compiled. Median days from port to dealer is 8, mean is 11.14, lower quartile is 4, and upper quartile is 15. I've been stuck at NJ Bayonne for a week.

Obviously these stats don't facet out which port, dealer location, port-installed equipment. Just the whole ball of wax.

I recall mine was in QC 2 days before my production date, then went to final assembly on prod date, then ready for transport 2-3 days after that. Then it sat in ready for transport for quite a while.

Unless BMW has gotten it's shit together with it's Mexico to East Coast logistics, I'd say slim to none. My car was in finally assembly I think the first week of July, still don't have it.

If you are still at Final assembly probably means 2 more days until ready for transit. Then it's gonna be dependent on ship schedule for your port and your place in line. But you'll probably be at Ready for transit for 2-4 weeks unless you get super lucky. So I would guess more like mid o late November realistically.
