I am currently installing the Bav Sound Ghost subwoofers.

This is my first BMW and I don’t want to break any clips. Can anyone tell me how to unhook the wire harness from the original sub?

You're gonna love it. Highly recommend picking up a valve controller to go with it.

Got her in. With two secondary cats and four resonators gone, the S58 is awake haha. I already have the Dahler thankfully as it is definitely loud. Love it already.

Installed the SST valve controller today. Mounted it in the trunk by the battery with some double sided Velcro and ran the wires through the 2 rubber garments.

Have the same midpipe and love it. Of course my wife now rolls her eyes everytime we enter a tunnel and I downshift and step on it. But it brings a smile to my face.

Wow lots of exhaust installs! I'll add to the fun. Got this done yesterday. I love it with stock valves. Prefect for what I wanted. It's loud, not too loud and definitely not too quiet! Closed valves is silent like stock.

This would be my choice if I go a controller, to retain oem function as well

I'm using the SST controller with the IRL midpipe, it is great. You can go from OEM to wide open with one button.

When is the next sale? In the mood for an AA mid pipe single...had one one my 16 M4 coupe and it was VERY nice addition to the Remus exhaust that came with the car when I bought it. May replicate once I can decide on an exhaust for the M2. Looking at recs now for that part cat back now.

Ran over a massive piece of tire debris last night on PCH. Super happy to have my Mishimoto plate installed. My car basically ate it up and spit it out, but there could have been much more catastrophic damage to the underside with metal strands in the tire if not for that plate. First time I actually “used” it lol.

You’ll thank yourself when things like this happen.

Probably not the most popular mod item!

Just a little safety measure that hopefully is never needed !
