After so many months, it seems as if the final three stages went fairly quickly! CA called last night...car is at the dealership! MYGarage said "In Transit".

We had an appointment for next Wednesday! Need to reschedule that!

Picked up my car yesterday. It has been a blast. Must say I will definitely avoid Tulley in the future. They seem to get cars quickly but not the best experience. Forced me to finance through them then screwed me on the rate. Will refinance immediately but not the best experience.

I came in check-in-hand with the best rate I could find, they beat it by 0.2% so I went with BMW financial. 4.25 @ 72 mos. Going to refinance as soon as rates improve

3.74 at MVCU in case helpful. That’s where I will more than likely be refinancing

Did yours ever make it to the dealer? My car is still at the vehicle processing center in Baltimore. I called Genius and they said the work order is still open and it hasn't been released to the carrier yet.

And yeah, I'm a little worried about that storm. Some of the models have it intensifying and turning into a hurricane as we progress through the beginning of the week but I hope the boat will be out of harm's way by then.

Also on the RCC America to North East. Was told last week in September, and CA called me last night that the car is at the dealership! I hope to get there in a couple of days to pick up.

Was told they would honor original rate; we'll see how that goes.

Congrats to all that have taken ownership of their vehicles! We should be seeing many more pictures now with specific design changes and such.

Feel your pain bubblewrap! Where in Canada are you located if you don't mind me asking? We were told our car should arrive in Vancouver this week. Then it needs to make its way to Alberta. Definitely getting closer, but the suspense is killing us!

EDIT: Just talked to Genius. I stand corrected. My car is still in transit, not sure which ship, and will arrive at Oxnard in California on Monday the 26th.

Yes, vesselfinder. It'll be at port in Texas tomorrow evening (vesselfiner times are UTC unless you're logged in.) Should go from there directly to Brunswick (but I'm not certain about that). So it'll have to outrun the storm or there will be a 1-2 day delay.

Do you know what the rate was at other terms? 60? 48? I'm thinking I should try to get the rate locked in now, 4.25 is pretty damn good in this economy.

Progress! Moved after 11 days in Final Assembly to Ready for Transport

Hopefully it'll soon get a train ride from the San Luis Potosi factory to the Pacific port of Lazaro Cardenas in southern Mexico and then get on a ship not too long after. From that port it should come to Port Hueneme in southern CA, not far from where I live.
