Yea but most debages are peeps with cars trying to look like a model higher in the lineup. A stock model badge # or letter is the only way to go, different color is fine but taking a 328 or 528 and throwing a rep bumper and quad tips and then debadging is not acceptable... doing all the mods and leaving the badge on is fine. Here is my 335i from 2011, gotta rep the badge.

note: I did not need the wing until the M badge added all that HP...things started getting squirrely on the track so the added down force became necessary

My complaint it's not about fake badges, it's about fake tail pipes. Why do GMC Acadia's have quad pipes? Every other car with quad pipes is a performance car. Acadia's are not performance cars, not even close.

I am a big fan of debadging but I have left mine on because I am afraid that a tow truck driver or repair person would miss the bright orange wire leads and electrocute himself.

I've always wondered why people are blacking out "randoms" plates on threads like these? Who cares?

I can understand to a point hiding your own personal plate but some random that you took a picture of? It's not like someone is gonna go find the fake ///M offender and blow up his car. Seems dumb.
