My current car pays homage to my first BMW which was a a blue E12 Euro 530i with tan/light brown interior. My i4 M50 is Tanzanite with tartufo individual interior.

So I'll have a car that has the color combination of my first BMW and another that is close to my favorite colored BMW.

My BMW stable also has a white 2023 S1000RR motorcycle.

Nope it's intentional.

The clamping force of the pressure plate requires no torque increase to prevent slipping under extreme load or acceleration.

The manual M3/M4 are also limited in exactly the same way.

I think you missed my point. Look at the post I responded to, the specs showed a 6MT trans and 443 torque.

You going with any aftermarket wheels? What color are you going with? I am going with Twilight Purple also and have been thinking about wheel choices.

I don’t remember this on the 23/24?
WTH? A 10% boost? What does that even mean? As-in like what Porsche does? Holy crap I hope this is true. And I hope it means what I think it means.
And yeah - why does it show the torque increase with the 6MT?

Sorry misunderstood.

I checked the BMW full marketing page and they state that the MT is 406.

So I was sold on TP until I saw the green rendering with the red calipers and now I'm torn, but still leaning toward purple.

I going with the silver wheels , but have looked at Apex Forged wheels in gold.

I was very, very interested once I saw they were releasing Twilight Purple!

After seeing Java Green on the list, I made the mistake of searching for pictures and now I'm completely torn. Still need to drive a manual G87 to make sure the car is what I'm looking for, but both of those colors look incredible.

Yeah that sounds a lot like Porsches sport response button.

I feel like if BMW had added something like that they would have mentioned it in the marketing material, and not as a footnote.

Edit: After reading it again, I wonder if it’s something the engine would sometimes automatically do under WoT? A 10% boost would take it right up to the HP output of the M3/M4 Competition. But as I said before this seems like something a lot of people would care about and something you would definitely include in the marketing material.

Yeah, very surprising it wouldn’t be huge news all over the place.
Also, 0-60 and 1/4mi times seem only 0.1sec faster.

Would look great with any cf items and you have a wide selection of rim colors that will show off well.

All 4 are pretty darn close. Will be honest though...a little surprised a gray is leading. Would have thought people would want something a little different from the individual colors.

One color that kind of surprised me was the Vegas Red. It looked good in the pics you posted.

Blue calipers or red calipers with Java green? I think blue is the choice for the Java to go with the blue contrast stitching interior. Thoughts?

Red Calipers would look best but personally, would have them painted to be color matched to the Java Green with black M stickers (I color matched my G87 to Brooklyn Grey and they look great with merlot rims).

Not a fan of the red highlighted interior so would probably go the blue or M color.

Sorry quote thievery

Java and Red calipers all day . It’s what I’m doing
Blue and Green clash imo

Stiching is like what 1% of the interior. Wouldn’t worry about that

Take a gander at all the M3/4 with IoMG, Oxford, BRG, etc . All mostly with Red calipers . Mine included

Only thing better with Green is Gold CCB’s but thats another story.

I think the blue works better than red personally. Java is yellow-ish and I think it works. Red is doable also.
