The existing curbs at the tracks seem like they are more of a hazard than they have ever been. Stiff ride and getting downforce from the floor isn’t gonna fair well if the car separates from the ground. Monaco is gonna be fun I am sure.

Maybe not 100% related but they gotta figure out these tire blanket temps. Teams don’t have their cars figured out as it is and putting them out on cooler than what the tires like to operate is dangerous.

Agreed. I have no desire to ever see drivers able to hit a non-improved wall at high speed. In 2022, it just should not be a danger that they face. period. I hope the FIA is taken hard to task for this.

the flip side is, the FIA are tasked with sourcing enough revenue to keep the spectacle happening at this level year over year. Leaving host countries/cities who are so inclined to give away so much money for the sport... is a tough ask for the admin.

We need Bottas and Mags to put down some fire right now. Would love to see Norris in Q3 as well with that piece of junk car.

Agreed! Would be nice to see Lando through. He was a ton of fun to watch in a solid midfield car last year. Can’t believe McLaren was so far off the mark with their chassis this year. Obviously the Mercedes powertrain isn’t helping either!!

Yeah, this is why I'm ok with the min. weights going up. Some of these accidents would have been fatal a few years ago.

Yea and the way his car broke apart, all the energy dissipated with impact, along with those barriers on the wall. It's awesome to see that for such a dangerous sport, it's safe
