Not really sure what BMW is thinking with their recent designs. Its like they have two completely different department designing some of the cars that don't relate to each other. I knew the M2 wasn't going to be a looker but man this was still a shock for me when it came to the rear end.

It's not really inspiring a lot of confidence with the MPE as the G80/2/3.

I'm curious about the wing it's got going but it also very much reminds me of a Honda or something due to the design of it with that exhaust…

When I look at the camo pic with m performance parts, it's clear that the perspective of the leaked images do nothing to highlight the width of the car and your eye goes only to the weird boxes on the sides. I'm hopeful that a view from further behind will draw your eye more towards the width and stance and maybe enough to not focus only on the boxes… wishful thinking maybe.

I agree, it is a combination of launch color, lighting, angle or fisheye effect of the camera. I think it has real potential.

Yes, I ban if someone's post history shows a pattern of trolling, soapboxing and the like. And no, of course one or two posts with negative reaction to any BMW doesn't rise to the level of trolling.

So if you see someone banned from the site or a particular section, there's your reason.

Yes. Exact same situation, policy and action taken with the G8X section. Anyone you hear complaining about being banned from a section is because they demonstrated a post history of trolling, soapboxing / repeating.

I'm betting that it will look a LOT better in dark colors.

Also, the white render shows that the sensors are in the lower edge reflector "troughs." Or whatever those are. Interesting.
