Same here. I was told that BMW is keeping it off of the dealer sheets because inventory is tight. I think a few other forum members had gotten the same info.

I was told the HAS was unavailable for months then it was available. The exhaust has been off n on available, dropped off my build a few times but seems to be sticking now. It seems to be inventory issues.

My dealer spoke to BMW NA and they said that they wish to control inventory centrally, to prevent over-selling and leading to delays due to shortages. The M-suspension winds up being pretty pricey compared to aftermarket HAS, so it seems many are going that route. I got mine equipped from the port, just to make life easier. |

Its really not that much more expensive, if at all (dependingon what youpurchase, from where and who installs). While we dont 100% know what KW is providing BMW for the M Performance HAS (the M Performance HAS is not from KW motorsports division but their OEM division so if you call KW, they cannot provide you with details or specs of the M Performance HAS), we do know that as of now, nobody is making a G87 specific aftermarket HAS. One needs to rake into consideration if purchasing aftermarket, is the car owner buying and installing or are you using a shop to do it (labor cones into play, @6/7 shop labor hours). Also, take into consideration the warranty it comes with if port installed (and its considered stock on your car). |

Car released from the VPC today with the M Perf. HAS Suspension. So all in all, two weeks added "at the port". Should be at the dealership sometime this week.

There will be pictures of it as soon as I can physically post them, haha. Just don't expect too much of a ride impression until the ceramic and PPF are done.

No idea. I haven’t even seen the car in person. Lol. Once I get through the break in period, I’ll decide if I want it to sit lower. I live in Colorado and the roads here aren’t exactly great.

I feel the same as Ravenseal, my roads are a shitshow. Going any lower would just raise the risk. I’m going to stay with the factory rec until I’m completely comfortable there’s enough of a workable margin and an actual need to do so. |

Would need to get aligned if dropped more than the initial 10mm (I am sure some will get it aligned, regardless). The 10mm drop is truly not very much but its obviously a personal preference. |

To a degree, C, (all of the above) as I dont think even if you go 15mm drop it will make the car that low to the road although it am saying this without the knowledge of your roads. In any event, I wouldn't expect there to be much bounce to cause any issues nor should it bottom out.
