i also hope i am wrong, but based on what i have been reading (and the very helpful delivery tracker thread), thanksgiving seems awfully optimistic at ~6 weeks away. FWIW my CA told me new years give or take when i ordered.

The last ship loaded on Sept 24. Expect about 3 weeks after you catch a boat. Depends on your luck catching a boat.

I did find a post indicating that the Sunshine Ace has transported BMW M3s from Europe to US east coast as of a couple years ago, and that ship is coming to port at Vercruz on Oct 12. I don't have it's schedule after that though.

Getting REAL tight. if your car was at the port waiting for assignment (like they say mine is) It could still happen since Brunswick is what a 2 day trip and generally the first or second stop? But the fact that they say its still at the factory...not a great sign.

Those with week 38 builds that got on ships, from what I see in this thread is that the cars were loaded on Sept 24th in Veracruz, and then it wasn't until Oct 4th and 5th that anyone was alerted to the fact that their cars were in transit. I think a single person had a tracking status changed on 9/28, but others as late as Oct 4th were still saying their CA and BMW Genius told them their car was still at the port with a Ready for Transport status in their BMW trackers.

It’s all about when the next ship gets to Veracruz and if your car makes it in. I think everyone already built will make the next ship. But I don’t know the next ship schedule. Speculation is the Toronto at the end of this month. But I have no clue.
