I took a plain Jane frozen pepperoni pizza from the grocery store and loaded it with stuff that was going to go bad In the fridge if not touched soon. spinach, tomatoes, pesto, onions, mozzarella, and bake till almost burnt but not quite

Carrot cake with Italian meringue cream cheese buttercream. Flavor was 10 out of 10. Presentation was a fail so no pics. Recipe from Bruno Albouze/YouTube.

Cake sponge made using genoise technique. Garnished with carrot-orange jelly. Really nice texture and flavor, but the buttercream wouldn’t cooperate with me, probably because the kitchen was too warm.
