Niners now own the #1 seed in the NFC - for now.
Predictions: Eagles will recover from current tailspin and still be a major factor in the postseason. Cowboys peaking early and will choke when it counts - one-and-done in the playoffs, MARK IT! It's happened so many times I've lost count. Niners have the horses to go all the way, but they must stay healthy. But if I had to bet today on who wins it all, I'd have to go with them.

Cowboys outplayed us on both sides of the ball. Dak has some nice throws, especially that one right before halftime for the touchdown and the one to Ferguson with pressure in his face. You're never going to beat a good team with 3 (or 4?) lost fumbles.
This gauntlet of games killed the Eagles, we are totally gassed. Not only were they tough games but a bunch came with teams off byes or off extra rest from Thursday night games. I dont see us recovering much for Seattle. Dallas has to go through theirs now, let's see how they fare. I still say whoever gets the bye week gets to the Superbowl Last edited by Josh-PA; 12-11-2023 at 10:19 AM.. |

Be easy with the gloating and memes. It's too early for that. We have a lot of ball left before the winner is crowned.

edit: although I'm trying to figure out what that cartoon is of the big Dallas player stomping on the Eagle. His number is 98, at first i thought that was their last Superbowl appearance, but no it was 3 years before that. Then I tried to figure out what it says on the back of the Eagle's player jersey... Is it Eagles misspelled? (solid TX education)... The #s don't match on either player's back vs shoulder... just a poor effort at a MEME. Last edited by Josh-PA; 12-11-2023 at 10:23 AM.. |

What a game. Cowboys dominated the Eagles from start to finish. Since they bye, this team has looked like a new team. And with Jimmy getting in to the Ring of Honor, the curse is broken so we dont have to worry about that.
Now just need the Eagles to drop a game down the stretch so we can get the division. And 9ers to drop a game or 2 so we can get the bye.

The 49ers clinched a playoff berth last night with the Packers losing. The Vikings could still win the division if they run the table against the Lions. The Lions look like they are falling apart. But, we need to score more than 3 points a game!

If the Vikes still had a good QB they could certainly win the division. As it stands, IDK.....Lions are looking pretty vulnerable right now. Packers can't play much worse than they did last night, but that's part of having such a young team. And the NFC South.....does no one want to win that?

VERY interesting games last night....
I actually turned off the Miami game thinking they won. G Men take down Green Bay, who had just defeated the Chiefs! Everyone saying how Philly and Niners path is so easy and ours is the toughest. On paper. But.... ANY GIVEN SUNDAY! I expect the Eagles to drop not one but two remaining games. Niners will also lose at least one. My Cowboys you ask? RUN THE TABLE AND CLINCH THE DIVISION!!! |

Dak is now favorite to win MVP in Vegas. Purdy and Jackson close behind.
49ers look like best team in NFL. Cowboys look really good too, can't believe it after losing Diggs. Eagles secondary doesn't look good. Keep Jalen in pocket and make him throw the ball. Overall NFC looks strong this year. Last edited by M3WC; 12-12-2023 at 05:05 PM.. |

Bill B will likely not be the coach of the Patriots in 2024. Robert Kraft hated the idea of a black QB so much, he selected Mac Jones, who lost the QB completion to be his next Brady.
And when Bill couldn't make a milkshake out of Cow dung, he's going to scapegoat him now too. I hope that Franchise is 2-15 for the next 5 years until Kraft decides to sell. |

You know BB just signed a long term extremely valuable contract with the pats right? https://www.nfl.com/news/bill-belich...eDay%20Morning. Kraft is old, but I don't see him selling, why would he? His son sits with him at almost every game and is president of the Patriots. Robert Kraft said in an interview for The Dave Rubenstein Show “Never in my lifetime. And I hope my children keep it going as well because it’s such a unique asset.” Robert Kraft bought the franchise in 1994 for 172 million U.S. dollars. The franchise is worth 7B now. In 2023 it had a 15% yoy increase in value while the team has been horrible for the last ~5 years. https://www.statista.com/statistics/...ts-since-2006/ Aside from the Patriots, the Kraft company also owns Major League Soccer’s New England Revolution, Gilette Stadium, and the multi-million lifestyle and entertainment center Patriot Place etc. Aren't they like in 2nd place behind the cowboys in franchise value? Got to be top 3 I believe.
