I have my wheels for sale if anybody wants them. They're in the BMW classified section.

Ceramic coating my wheels and calipers this weekend.
Huge time sink if you want to do 2 coats and leave some curing time in between coats.

Made it go whoosh 💨!

Interestingly, I found a GPS tracker the dealer must have installed under the cross brace. That’s going in the trash!

Didn't buy them today and no M2 yet but bought some tools a couple ofmonths ago in anticipation and ordered a radar detector a couple of days ago that came in today.
Wera Tool-Check (mini tool kit that has most metric sockets and bits)
Wera metric hex key set
GTE Tools Lug wrench kit
Uniden R8 (deal on Woot)

Were you charged for the tracker? Dealers often push StarGard as a no choice add-on and charge anywhere from $695 - $1,295 (Porsche) for the privilege of being tracked by a third party. It is non-cancelable but you can disconnect it yourself, as you did. That does not look like a StarGard unit. You have a jealous wife/girlfriend?! I refused this up front before the car arrived after reading about the scam.

I bought the car 'used' from a dealership. It had 60 miles on it. Someone purchased it and decided to move to an M5 instead. I did see it listed on the sticker, but thought it must have been uninstalled because I had read they plugged into the OBD port.

Glad I found it! One less corporation that knows my every move...

ME20. I’ve only bedded them but they feel great. Good bite cold as well. I’ll have them on track next weekend. So will have some actual feedback after I get a good feel of them

How is the sound on the MAD intake? I was surprised to hear that the Eventuri is kinda disappointing in the sound dept.

It made me giggle when I first heard it. Very obvious induction and turbo 'blow off'. With the valve controller, single resonated midpipe and this intake I'm really happy with the car. It's a lot more engaging!

No pictures (yet) but spent the weekend at the track (NJMP). Got "promoted" to DE2 so that was fun. Still not pushing the car but working on getting a bit more comfortable going faster. Still fast (to me) but I'm 5 seconds off the lap time that my instructor was posting in his stock (had some 200TW tires) F87. Also about .7 seconds slower than my best time on this track in the supra.

Mine is about to be at 4.2k. 1 year after I bought the car and right after my first track weekend so it works out well.
