Yeah. However I remember my dealer offer optional protection that will fix all the paint issues for like 2.5k I think. Covers exterior and interior.

Yeah I willing to spent so much but not willing to get a 240

Stealth will be close to double the price of regular ppf, stealth is a much harder material to work with

Those were taken by the dealer in Mountain View. Luckily no snow there! We decided to not take the car up to Tahoe yet so it will live the good life in the SF Bay Area for a couple of months. The snowy deeply rutted roads in Tahoe are requiring some ground clearance right now.

Ordered mine on 12/14.
Production number received 12/20.

Dealer had an active allocation in 112 status that he was able to modify to my spec.

Spoke to BMW Genius who said production scheduled for week 3 of 2022 but status changed to production begins today so little earlier than I was told.

I’ll be happy if I can get the car end of March and I am planning on doing the Performance center delivery.

Build Spec:
Thunder night metallic
Cognac interior
792 style wheel with Performance non run flats
Premium package
Parking assistance package
Aluminum trim
HK sound
Red brake calipers
Wireless charging (dealer had to manually add it back even though it was standard)

I've been stuck at Ready For Transport for 3 weeks. I know it is at the port of departure, but no vessel assignment yet or even an estimate on when it may get one.

When I called to track it, they were able to tell me that it did in fact leave the plant on its way to the port on Dec 23. So it is definitely there by now. I hear they don't scan them again until they get loaded on a vessel. They will jump from ready to transport to in transit.

So far so good with timing (2 weeks ahead of schedule)

I've been keeping an eye on the Altamira port for vehicle carriers and there is a vessel called, "Endurance" that is departing today heading to Brunswick with ETA of 1/17. Hopefully your car is on that one and you'll see a status change soon. I've also heard that status Changes may not happen until a day or two after it's already in transit to vpc.

I'm here waiting for a vessel going to Galveston. Surely some others are in the south
