Funny as it's my wife's car as well.

The delay was 3 weeks and turned out the wheel arch molding on the driver's side rear bumper (the small section), was dented so they had to replace it. Paint match is spot on but the fitment was off a bit. I took a paint depth gauge with me and nothing else was painted other than the piece so I took the car.

I picked it up yesterday, and started the cosmetic mods right away; here it is with my M4 mid modding.

Badge and reflectors were myself; I had the spoiler, side wings, and front splitter port installed as I didn't want to mess with fitment. It was purchased from Open Road Edison.

Glovis Symphony is also still on track to go to Mexico after it's next stop which is Freeport TX. I originally thought it was skipping but I was looking at a different 'Freeport'. Should probably be in Mexico within the week.

For the last few days, I have been receiving this error when I try to go to My Garage. I emailed the Genius desk, but while I am waiting to hear back, I wanted to see if anyone else has been having issues.

I have tried Chrome and Edge on three different Windows PC's and Chrome and Safari on my iPhone.

I just checked mine to see if it was ok, and I do not get that error message. But I do always have issues with it. Every now and then I check it and the car has disappeared, and I have to try a different browser. It's always been pretty finicky.

I ran into the same issues with Chrome.

I started using FireFox and it works fine. Steps I took, since the menus look different.

1. Hit F12, then CTRL+R.
2. Click network from the top menu
3. Find the line item that says "forward?GroupId" (if you look on the right, it's the one that took the most time to pull up.
4. On the right, hit response.
5. Hit the arrow when it says "dataContent", then again on "ProdVehicleDetails", then again at "Object".

From here you should have all that same info from before.

Same here. I found that completely logging out via MyBMW and then logging in directly to MyGarage seems to work.

For the past few weeks, only my exterior and interior color choices show up on the detailed page. The page used to show all my options/packages too.

Luckily, only areas around buffalo got that crazy amount of snow. Long island was left untouched!

Luckily I live outside of Rochester so it was only 6 inches or so.

Also have you heard about cars being delivered through NJ? I called the genius and he said cars build outside the U.S would go to NJ instead of NY. I looked at the wallenisusmilhelmsen website and the NJ port isn't even on there. He said it hasn't been scanned at the port yet, I figured that was just because of a delay between them receiving the information. I wish they had more info so I knew where to look lol

Now that im looking more closely, it seems the NY and NJ port seem to be the same thing

Should be the same port. I believe it's technically NJ but it shares the border.

I had that error… cleared cookies and history and it worked in both windows and chrome. It happens after playing around with the f12 trick to find extra data about our cars.

I've been at 160 since Oct 29 and as of today the car status is the same. Does anyone from the GTA that has taken delivery know if it goes on a boat to Halifax? my Sales guy said it comes on Train directly from Mexico.. I don't see that making sense.
