Depends on number of allocations your dealer gets per release. I don't think anyone here can answer that...

I just maintain hope + low expectations.

I'm #3 on the list and my dealer is in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Pending on if #1 picks up the HEA, I expect to take delivery in late Summer.

Fingers crossed!

I just spotted 2 allocations at a California dealership and they both have the carbon package. It's finally happening. IT'S HAPPENING!

They are in status 112 so I don't think they are HEA cars.

I'm assuming you can see that through internal BMW systems? Very exciting, I wonder if general allocations will come tomorrow.

Yes, I can see it in my internal database. And this looks like a general allocation. They just happen to be the first dealer to get them. Both are marked as sold units priority 1.

The carbon fiber package has always had a SOP of 03/23 so not surprised. I suspect this has been the hold up. U.S. production appears to be commencing in March, sans the HEAs clearly.

While this is good news, in general. For someone being #3, its not the news I wanted to hear.

Yes, per my first sentence. If max of two allocations turn out to be the norm, how long will the wait be for the next wave of allocations....

To get 1 or 2 allocations and not knowing when the next wave, kinda sucks I wonder if my dealer got anything today! Is this confirmed that is not the HEA allocations?

2 allocations in the first month is a good sign, even at a large dealership.

What if a dealership has like 10 orders in the bank, and dealership only gets 2 allocations every month that's a long wait for people that wants to have their car by summer lol.

Do you have the ability to see sales of different dealerships in different States?

No, only allocations. The info we can see is very limited.

Edit: to clarify, we can see allocations and their status at every dealership across the US. But we cannot see actual sales information.

Yes, but I guess that's just the reality of a high demand low production vehicle. I doubt my dealership will get more than 2-3 a year. We only sold a few M2s throughout the entire previous run. 2 a month is a big deal to me.

That's crazy even if a dealership is a high volume dealer? The most They will get is 2 or is it different for a high volume dealership?

I cannot answer this since I'm not a high volume dealer, but no one knows how many allocations they will be getting. BMW is not likely to share their production numbers until the full run is over with.
