Round where I live, the road on the left is what roads look like on a daily basis, and I don't live in Sendai and the last earthquake we had was about 300 years ago or so.

Conflicted nuclear reports. Me thinks someone is hiding info. The situation may be more grave than we think.

not to dampen the mood, but there is no tokiwa prefecture in japan. mito is the capital of ibaraki prefecture. there is a tokiwa university, but it's not a town, city or prefecture.
also, the 2 photos look like they were taken at 2 completely different periods. the photo on the left looks like it was sometime in the autumn, with all the leaves red. the photo on the right, even though taken from further out, you can still make out the leaves on the trees are green. not saying it's fake, but something's not adding up

I'll bet those Texans were watching some news station that told them to be afraid of nuclear energy period. That's kind of funny though, yet kind of scary.
And get a load of this!

I actually don't think it's a bad idea to buy a couple of packs of IOSAT. They only cost $10 each and they have a shelf life of 7 years.
But anybody in the USA who is actually going to TAKE them now is an idiot. The pills can have very harmful effects and you shouldn't take them unless there is a legitimate reason to. And anyone who is paying inflated prices is also a retard. I ordered 2 packs from Anbex. $24 shipped. ETA is May. That's fine by me. By May either this whole thing will be over or there may actually be concern over a legit need for them. Either way they'll last for years and I'll put them in my emergency kit along with extra water, food, etc.
