ZB and the black wheels are doing absolutely nothing for this car, especially in the lighting that we keep seeing it in. Maybe, just maybe it would improve with natural lighting? In my personal opinion until those black wheels disappear it is a giant negative.

I know it's not but from that angle it almost looks like a sportback vs a sedan. I'm warming up to the front but that color doesn't work at all for any BMW let alone an M car.

Even though the front of the G8x is controversial, I've never thought the M340i/M440i was better looking because the full M versions just looked so much beefier and more aggressive.

However, this time, the M240i with the 893M wheels legitimately looks better to my eyes. I just don't get it what they are doing...

BMW is probably going find some sneaky way to increase the price closer to about 68k if you want one with any of the decent options available..

They are still going to keep the base sticker price at 63k so it looks good in their marketing and all over the media but the devil will be in the details..

I mean, they're are obviously a company, not a charity, so they going to try to milk it for what it's worth, especially now that they know it's now possible when a M2 CS sold out at 85k.

Business find backhands ways to increase the prices of their products without it appearing to be obvious, especially in the US market where folks are much more vocal about such changes. So they'll try to orchestrate crafty ways around this hurdle.


Like in the video game market this summer, SONY didn't want any backlash from increasing the price of their next gen PlayStation 5 console, so what they did is they bundled every unit available with a game no one asked for and charged an $50 for the entire package. In the consumer mind they are paying more for the unit but now there is a 'free' game included and SONY gets the extra $50 per unit they wanted, for a game they own the rights to, without the media eviscerating them for being greedy. Genius. 👌🏻
