It takes less than 5 min to install. The guy in the video uses more steps than necessary, such as replacing the white clips. I also pre-installed the spring and side white pieces into the new console lid instead of doing it at the end.

And done in 15 minutes:

5 minutes to get the tools
5 minutes installation time
... and 5 minutes picture time , had to redo the picture 3 times to get the best light.
