Fantastic thread as I am also looking for some non - HAS springs.
Apart from the reduced ride height can anyone suggest one that is an improvement for handeling? Not the at the M2 needs it in my view but if I am going to replace springs for looks, then I might as well choose one that improves handeling as well. Any recommendations? |

Looking for 1” drop in the rear and 1.2” or so in the front. AST seems to fit the bill but I’m curious with its ride quality and noise.
I came from a Tesla on Unplugged springs and those creaks like no other when steering. |

I was originally keen on Eibach springs, but they are half the drop of the H&R's and I'm concerned it wont look low enough as I'm going 19 inch wheels front/back.
Think I'm going to stick to my guns and go H&R. |

Just an FYI, my alignment was pretty much spot on after the install. Only the toe was a little off.

With the OEM shocks I didn't want to drop it too much as it will knock the valving of the OEM shocks out of their range.

However, if I'm going to spend the money on lowering the car, I do want it to be a noticeable drop. I think the H&R's achieve this better than the Eibach springs (I believe the Eibach's are 15mm, whereby the H&R's are 30mm). |
