mid 12's under 45k. F8x or Tesla. Mustangs/Camaros are always an option too. I'm sure you can find them cheap and make them run mid 12s for next to nothing.
for anyone living in a snow state i'd always recommend a separate winter beater. you are just compromising too much having 1 car to do it all. Maybe do a winter beater + C7 stingray or grandsport for 3/4 of the year.
