I'd actually be interested if it was a gold strip, I'd then get that and change my exhaust tips to black.

I liked the gold strip too but not at the cost of the chrome strip at the top. I will be getting Shadowline and then I can make a call on the exhaust tips. I think I would prefer chrome as well.

Not that you do not have easy access to the part # like myself, but here it is without having to bother your parts dept.

Agree with most discussed here. Shame we can’t configure the headlights and exhaust separately. To my own taste, I feel like chrome exhaust breaks up the bottom black blob fairly well. Making the rear end less dense than it already is and showing off the quads pipes is awesome imo. As for headlights, since we don’t have the gold stripes as of G42 I actually don’t mind them at all. Matter of fact, from certain angle such as looking 45” downwards from the front end, the top non shadow line “eyebrows” actually cut the area in two distinctive sections, making the whole headlight housing slimmer, which I really like.

The G42 has the strip right? It's so minor that even if it's there I doubt it's noticeable. And you make a good point about real life photo vs. configurator.

I think the eyebrow is dependent on the individual headlight design, and for this car I do not like it. My previous gen has the silver brow and think it looks great (and on other models too), but for the G87 I do not like it and spec'd shadowline.

They can be had for less.
