This is the blurb from the UK website.

M Technology Pack
£300
The M Technology Pack includes upgrades for the drive train cooling system and M Sport brakes. Also features vehicle-specific high performance tyres on exclusive rims in a wide design as well as wheel arch extensions in the body colour.

Benefits at a glance:
maximum performance even with sporty use
optimum engine and intercooling
better braking power due to larger front brake discs
The increased heat capacity of the braking and cooling systems guarantee a long-lasting high performance under extreme driving conditions (similar to motorsport) (especially in conjunction with high outside temperatures). The M Technology Pack includes upgrades for the drive train cooling system and the M Sport brakes. Also features vehicle-specific high performance tyres on exclusive rims in a wide design as well as wheel arch extensions in the body colour.

Available on the M240i xDrive model as part of the M240i Pro Pack. Only available with 19" 893 M Double-spoke Bi-colour Alloy Wheels.

Seems being the same in UK than in Spain.. here because 893 alloy wheels are mandatory , BMW has joined into the package and it has a cost of 2400€ taxes included.

The only difference is than in Spain we can't add only 893 wheels without adding the rest of M Tecknik improvements.

Everywhere is like that
The M tech pack (or whatever they call it) requires the bigger wheels, but in some markets the bigger wheels are available even without the M pack.
In other words, you can have bigger wheels without the pack (depending on the market), but not the pack without bigger wheels.
Bmw doesn't offer special wheels for the US market, that's clearly a typo, the only new rims introduced on the G42 are the 893m (8.5"/9.5"), all others (791m, 792m, 797m) are the same as those already seen on the G2x (8"/8.5").

Fully agree

But in Europe we have the M sport seats... This is very nice option, I think.

I agree, those seats are beautiful. And we don't have the standard sunroof, which I personally don't like and reduces headroom.

Ok, understood.. for me in this case , the sunroof is pretty cool, it makes the interior brighter but in any case, the best way is including as an option, for sure

Sunroof glass is ridiculously expensive to replace if your insurance doesn't cover it in my experience. Mine was vandalized so it was covered which meant a 250 deductible vs 1700 out of pocket in 2012. Prices will have only gone up and that was just on a Chrysler, let alone a bmw. I wish it was an actual option.

Wonder what BMW means when they state "increase capacity" of the breaking system.

Not just tires and cooling. The 893 wheels are only available with this package.
