steering wheel not centered

Just had my wife's X3MC alignment done as it gad the same problem. It had a lot more miles than my M2 & I really didn't notice the steering wheel being that off-center until I swapped it for one with M stripes at the 12 o'clock position (11:55 until I got it aligned, lol).

Will dealer do the free alignment under 2k miles if you have spacers on?
