of course you can....unless your dealer is a real ass bag...I ordered my coupe back in august 06 before they had one for a test drive, but as soon as one came in my sales guy called me and I came in with my buddy to go for a ride...then I came back a few days later with my wife and took her for a ride, and he actually said to me..."no problem whenever you get the itch to go for a ride just come on by and I'll give you the keys." and I did since the dealer was only 2 minutes away from my old office...I had stopped in from time to time while awaiting my car and taken it out for a spin...he would let me take it out by myself and really drive it like it was made to be driven.
