I’m pro Anthracite / Dark Metallic grey. The best of both worlds. Wish the M2 offered that as an option. Would look killer on any of the colors.

For what it’s worth, I just got my allocation today, and dealer told me I should have it almost certainly by end of September. Told me most deliveries he’s seen recently have taken less than 2 months.

Not long. M2s are not very popular around here (Montreal). Looking at BMW Canada’s website, there’s ~30 MY24 sitting on dealers’ lots in the province of Quebec.
I walked in my local dealer late June and was first in line for a MY25 allocation. Dealer called me early July to do the configuration and sent me the VIN last week.

Kind of wondering that. I got the "Order Received" email yesterday. Will be fun when you can start to follow it.

I got a production number on 7/22/24 an it has a VIN and is in 'production queue'. No hint yet as to likely completion and shipment date. But, dealer wrote: 'Because it is such a fresh allocation, we suspect that production will start in one and a half to two weeks. Could be less.' He then wrote more: 'After a bit more research, we have until August before production is scheduled to start, so you should have plenty of time to make changes if you need to.'

Who the heck knows. Going to just chill out and let it happen.
I am in the same boat… production to start 8/6/24… car in production queue and VIN received…

Are you sure you can still make changes?
I ordered SPY exterior but had red calipers left from a grey exterior in the original built… my SA advised me that it is too late to change to blue calipers… can someone confirm?

Also, what do u guys think, leave red brake calipers on São Paulo Yellow?

32nd week of production for me, but didn't get a production number yet. Last I heard from the sales guy was 2 weeks ago saying he'll let me know the number once BMW locks in the allocations and gets him a number. No clue 🤷🏻‍♂️

Mine is scheduled for Week 32, Aug 5 to Aug 11. Got the production number on Jul 8 and the VIN on Jul 13. You should also have both a production number and VIN if you are scheduled for Week 32. Pester your CA - it's just a quick lookup for them.

May be a dumb question but I got a "build complete" week of Sep 15-21 from the Genius line, is that the same thing as production week?

Brooklyn Grey and bi color. Saw a picture of the silver wheels and not bad. Harder to keep looking clean, those all silver wheels. I may toss a coin...

Just for reference. Email received 7/25 that my order was received.

Saturday the 27th, I got production number and sales rep said 2nd week of Sept. I assume that is build, not delivery.

Update: Week 37 build, probably take possession towards end of Oct.
