My Bizarre House

Ugh.. I feel for you guys, This is why we built our second home with a builder we researched for months. Our first house seemed nice, but after living in it for 6 months, things started falling apart left and right.

Finally got the bill today. I was worried he was delaying because it was going to shock me. Well, it did. But only because it was so low. He was here (or running to the hardware store for parts) for 5 hours. He only charged me $180 in labor (3 hours) and $78 in parts. I'm tempted to send him a check for $300 just to be fair.

Gawd, no. Out here in the cornfields in IL. You get charged $250 just for them to show up at your house in MA.
