He was told right before his presentation that the crack BMW engineers had finally solved the mystery of how to make basic engine components last longer than 50k miles. It was just too much for him to handle.

I would say to most of you that it was not funny especially when it unfolded right in front of you that most Of the audience thought he took a stroke or seizure?

I've seen stuff like this happen before. In my experience it's been related to exhaustion/dehydration. |

So many jokes to be made, but in the end, I hope he's OK.

Fun was being poked after folks saw followup news that he was okay and it was nothing serious. I think a bit of levity is not outside the realms of propriety at such times. At least for me; when similar events have befallen my loved ones, laughing about it later felt pretty good.

No one on here would seriously poke fun at the CEO if they felt it was serious so lighten up a little and relax we all hope it's nothing serious and that he gets well soon. |

Agreed, this is a no-joke situation. Hopefully he did not have a TIA, because the footage shows symptoms that are similar to one. I wish him only the best with his recovery.

But of course we have people with sticks up their asses. He's expected to be completely fine and was in good condition when he was examined by doctors. If it were something serious, I don't think people would be making light of the situation (at least I wouldn't). But yeah, that's EXACTLY the same thing has making fun of someone's son or daughter after having a severe medical episode. Give me a break. |

Hence the joking comments. You'd swear in reading some of these comments that the guy had a stroke on live television or something. More: Quote:
