How fast does it make the C450 & what does that tune cost, though?

Seems like a pretty nice all-around package. Wish they made it more distinctive from the C/S-class though - a little plain. And those wheels are a size too big!! Gotta be 20"s... why?

That interior is off the charts.

E43 wagon would be nice.

I always liked the E class. With it being a fake AMG, it's probably going to be a bit on the more practical more affordable side for those 90 percenters.

BMW has a lot of work to do for the GXX 3er and 5er. For the majority, the new C-Class and E-Class make the 3er and 5er look overpriced in comparison.

You mean the 10 percenters. Not many people can afford a 75k car.

Have you seen financing rates these days? I am from Orange County. Put nothing past us.

Make $50k/yr? That definitely means a $300k place is well within your budget.

(but yes, the 10 percenters would be a bit more accurate)

MB interior's look pretty nice I have to admit, but I can never tell their cars apart. They all look the same to me(besides the SLS).

they also announced a GLC43 amg. Not a fan of the interior with red stitching - it's okay in a vw gti perhaps the c class but not for an e class

I'm from Orange County too... good luck finding a $300,000 move in ready place unless its a 1 bedroom or no bedroom condo.

But back on topic... hmmm the E43 could be my wife's next car too...

yea- $300k isn't getting much. It's just an easy number to use when using the $50k/yr income and how people have to (or are willing to stretch)

People in other areas who make decent incomes feel a $300k place is plenty. Just different perspectives.

Will be interested to see more about the E43. I always enjoyed even the E350. Classy, refined, with enough power to get you places.
