I usually only get a new car if I think it is going to be better than the last, so I would say my current Cayman GT4. Once I get it to the track, I am sure that will be confirmed.

E39 M5 I had for two years, however, this E90 335i is lighter and is faster with the mods I still have no idea about (previous owner hasn't responded to my messages) so yeah

1993 6MT Mazda RX-7 1.3 rotary tossed and swapped w/ a Chevy LS1 cammed and built making 500whp and w/ custom driveshaft and differential. Can't even count the times I almost wrapped a pole w/ it but still considered it highly fun..
No traction in 1st, 2nd and none in 3rd until about 70mph lol. Absolutely terrifying. |

I had a Chevy Citation X11 while in my late teens...freaking HOOT to drive. 4 sp, REAL short gears. Ex GF rolled it onto its side on a snowy road. Pushed it back over and drove for a long time after that.
and a thuimbs up for the 06 Speed6..first NEW Car I bought. Great great car..then traded THAT in for an 11 STI sedan...also a hoot with a full bolt ons and a tune. |

2004 Subaru STI 20G w/ supporting mods and suspension. I walked M5's, Mustangs, Camaros, etc. Just raw power with no driver assist technology like ABS or traction control; all driver mod.

I had an 02 spa yellow s2000, but as great as it was, it didn't feel as magic as the type-r. 18-year old me is extremely jealous of 18-year old you Edit: to actually answer the question at hand.... My abarth is fbo+. Pushing 25 psi. It's a riot. Behind that, I loved my 05 s4, nogaro over nogaro. Couldn't beat the 6mt /v8 combo. |

Had a Blown pro street S-10 blazer I was one of the heavy hitters in street racing around here. It was actually my only car for about a year and a half. That thing was a blast. 8mpg was not to fun. But it was well worth it.

02 Dodge Viper RT10. Had it for ten years. It never failed to put a smile on my face. Eventually got the personalized plate of "Lucky" for it. Sold it before we bought the farm, someday I will buy another one.
Honorable mention would be the wife's 97 Volvo 855R. I worked it up to about 320 horsepower. That in a Volvo wagon is a total sleeper. Still have it up on the farm. |

A 1994 corolla on steelies, thin tires and pumping out 100 hp. Rattled all over, couldn't move out of its own way, rusted to the core. Clutch was burnt to a crisp. Wouldn't start most of the time Terrible in the rain, snow and dry. Ugly as sin. Smelled of sulfur when i floored it to hit 45 mph. Repelled girls and gave me the most embarrassing feeling I've ever had in my entire life when i was seen in it. No radio, or working radio, no ac and the power steering was gone. I loved that car so its was the best/funnest i've owned so far.
Really wanted the Tercel SR5, thing was a beauty and even slower. What a classic. |
