The company has to prove that they did their part in assisting an employee to get rehabilitation. It's not as simple as saying you're fired for being drunk at work.

Yep exactly this. Here is what will likely happened. Forced rehab to keep their jobs. They go to rehab then come back. 6 months pass and someone finds something minuscule to fire them over.

Like microwaving fish in the break room. Although one can argue that should be a fireable offense.

Lol, my dad worked for GM back then too and I think he and his buddies helped the Japanese brands immeasurably in their efforts to gain a foothold here.

these workers must have had something to do with the location of the clutch bleeder valve. no one in their right mind would make a bleeder valve basically inaccessible.
