Well if you lift pretty heavy cereal is perfectly good for you..

My preference of morning meth is not a fair representation of my sexual preference. Sorry to disappoint you and your carnal desires for me.

Bomb when you mixed it with brown maple sugar oatmeal.

you do realize that the sugar/fat content and ingredients in some of these so called Cereals make them abs. garbage, you'd be better of eating a Candy bar and not pretending to be eating something healthy.

Let me enjoy having abs and eating cereal while I still can before my metabolism slows down in a few years after I turn 30 (love macro/flexible dieting)

Childrens cereal is even worse.

It's criminal how they target kids to get them hooked on that junk
for us adults it's different

My wife is a great cook, she sometimes worries that I never complain about what she makes us to eat and I tell her that when I was single I'd have cereal for dinner so everything she makes is better than that.....having said that, I had cereal for dinner the other night, she wasn't here so it was a throw back....yummy. But damn she can cook, and damn sometimes I like it when she's not home and I can abuse myself.....

Thumbs up

Too many to list! I am literally a "Cereal Specialist!"

Ever since I was a kid, my parents let me grab whatever cereal I wanted and now with my own 2 boys, I do the same for them. We keep on hand at any given moment, 10 different kinds of cereal. No wonder my wife bought me this t-shirt...

Among my favorite: Quaker Oats Simply Granola, Special K Vanilla Almond, Honey Nut Cheerios, Reeses Puffs, Captain Crunch Mixed Berry, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cocoa Pepples, Chocolate Lucky Charms to name a few!

Cocoa Pebbles. It's the only cereal I don't get sick of halfway through the box.
