I give him credit for coming to the West. There is now a lot of pressure on him to make the finals.

That being said, I really hope David Stern comes out of retirement and finds a way to overturn this.

The beach is MUCH better this time of year in LA.
I guess its the allure of being a "laker" that had him go to LA.

Since I started this thread I'm happy to be the one to derail it. According to Mental Health America, California and Ohio get about the same ranking in terms of mental health for adults (Ohio Ranked 20th and California 24th). The Youth ranking favored California (15th best) over Ohio (24th best). Interestingly, Missouri was ranked worse than both California and Ohio. So if are concerned for LeBron's kids and mental health is your reasoning, then they are better off in California than in Ohio, and certainly better off than if they moved to Missouri. Of course Missouri is not a consideration since you have no NBA team anyway.

However, those statistics and facts do nothing to take away from the fact that California is plagued with left wing radicals hell bent on domestic terrorism. I feel bad for Walton. Coming from Warriors staff, it seems that he is tryn the same team spirit formula with the Lakers. LBJ will not play into this model, he is a 1 man team, and will drive Walton crazy. I never liked the Lakers, so this move makes my position alot easier.

I was thinking the same thing. All the individual talent in the world (and he has that) won't beat great players who are coached well and play as a team. I don't see that happening for the Lakers. It will be entertaining, but in the end of the day I don't see them winning the Championship. Warriors, Spurs, and the Rockets will have something to say about that. It would be great to see the Cavs win the championship in 2019. Think about it.

On a positive note, the LaVar Ball show is now over in L.A. I'm pretty sure LeBron will stuff that noicemaker.

The ultimate non-teammate with a serious injury...albeit very talented. Achilles tear for a large person difficult to overcome in a running and jumping sport.
He should be getting back to 80% sometime next June.
Lakers should have Leonard on their team before then, whom is preferable.
