That's just nasty...I hate when people do stuff like that.

Also, people not washing their hands is so gross. I first grab some paper towel to turn on the sink, then get some soap and wash up, then use said paper towel to get me some more paper towel, and then dry up, turn off the sink, and use the paper towel to open the door. No germs FTW.
