everyone should eat breakfast no matter how big or small the meal is. It kick starts your metabolism and gives you energy. For those of you wanting to lose weight then breakfast is a must. I'm just spitting out information i read on various sites and magazines.

+1

A great healthy cereal is Puffed Wheat. Buy the store brand, it's only $.99. More expensive, but Kashi has some good cereals.

Or eat a piece of fruit, or nuke some Oatmeal (the plain jane stuff in the big jar). I enjoy Oatmeal with Sugar Free Syrup and cinnamin. Great stuff.

Not true. I watched an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles yesterday, which is set in Manhattan, and they saved an old lady from two muggers while shopping in a grocery store. 'splain that one.

but srsly, I thought Manhattan was supposed to be a big fancy world class area, and they dont even have grocery stores? Manhattan FTL.

It's not nonsense, it's true.

Yes I eat breakfast everyday, even though I hate eating in the mornings. I get sick of eating breakfast foods pretty easily. Sometimes I just have lunch food for breakfast.

LOL... Thats a completely valid arguement, lol... TMNT FTW!

They do have the them in Manhattan just not like in the suburbs. You can drive 20 blocks and not see a King Kullen, Shor Rite, Met, etc.
