+10000000 on starting your own gig. I work for someone else (going on 8 years as an IT administrator), and although it's a great job with excellent pay there is nothing like having your own business. I started a retail clothing biz on eBay like 3 yrs ago... best thing I ever did!!

I quit like once every 8 months or so... Feels great! But then i go back in like a couple days later...

I love what i do but sometimes it gets so stressful and i just wanna get the hell out of there... I always come back though, i kind of have to, its my company

True. One year of experience in the financial industry will not get you anywhere, considering there are alot of financial industry people out of jobs now.

Stick it out with your job for now and gain some valuable experience.
