I'm doing a self-taught DIY course in Docker containers, to start consolidating all of the Raspberry Pi and IoT stuff that I have running all over the house into a central location.....

Got me missing my previous life. We lived up by the northern end of Lake Lanier. Bored? Time for the Suches Loop followed by a trip to Grumpy Old Men Brewing in Blue Ridge for a pint. Can’t think of a better way to burn some cash in the gas tank.

Its a 95 Z28 Auto fitted with a Vortech V-1 Supercharger. Only has 73150 miles on and is super clean. Here are a few pictures.

Cruised 150 miles to see my wife's fam damily. Slept (sorta) on a lumpy full mattress with the door open so air could circulate, with all these funky anime posters all around me, and had to wear shorts to bed.
All the signs on the freeway kept telling me "COVID-19: What you do saves lives " because there were no traffic conditions to report. Oh, and drank a lot of Gentleman Jack |

Finish some of the trim work and roofing on my wash bay. My town is also allowing open container and to-go drinks on the little downtown square so I may go sit on the court house steps and drink with my friends, and support local businesses of course.

Need to check the weather first. If it's clear I'm going to wash my car, clay, and wax. If it will be wet out, I'll just polish my headlights and taillights. Probably also drive to some random suburb outside Houston for coffee, too.

Since Memorial Weekend was a wash out...
3 of us neighbors are having a EPIC Griling Cook Out Pot Luck today! I'm smoking chicken. They are smoking a Pork Butt and Korean BBQ Ribs. Complete with some of my fine Rum and Margaritas. |
