55 right now, but I'm thinking to hold off until there is an LCI or a CS version. So might be closer to 60 if/when I consider picking one up. I wouldn't keep both my current CS and this one, so it'll have to really be a spectacular car to get me to switch.

Fingers crossed the CS still has an S58 and not some sort of hybrid powertrain.

I'm in my mid-thirties now but by the time I'm ready to pull the trigger on the G87 generation car, I'll likely be right at the cusp of the my thirties. If I can keep up my current income trend, I may be ready for a new P car according to your data. What'll likely happen instead is that I would have dumped all that money on project cars instead and will likely be living out of a tent by the river with my 5 project cars and the M2C.

That's why I'm not risking it by skipping whatever is available first. If something comes down the line that is still all ICE and I want it..., then I'll get it.

Don’t say that, that’s how I feel about my supra and I’m trying to steer away from that

24 now, will be 26-27 by the time I'm ordering one though. Gifted myself the 330i after finishing bachelors, figured grad school grad gift should be a M2
Ideally I'd go for Zandvoort Blue or Isle of Man Green (if offered), and will definitely be a stick. |

Late 20s, originally wanted the F87 M2C but numbers didn't make sense at the time. I believe this may be one of the last chances to own a manual from new.

57 and the G87 will be my 6th M and 7th BMW. My first was a 328iS picked up on European Delivery in October of 1995. That was such a great car.

Wow...impressive history with M cars and BMWs in general. Which cars have been your most dependable and least dependable? Which did you enjoy the most and least?
