Great pics. Holding judgement until the whole package is revealed. However, not a fan of the headlights.

Looks like all M2/M3/M4 826M owners need some Akebonos.

Ceramic coating is useless on wheels. Something about that OEM brake dust, digs in and scrubs off anything you put on the wheels.

The M2C will have like all real M cars. G8X generation will have OEM BMW Spec 6pot Breambo brakes.

Things like CF roof and other M4/M3 components will be optional I'd imagine. IMO a fully loaded M2C should hit about $75K. The M240iX is $60K full loaded.

I've seen F87 Comps loaded up to $72K. I think these will be closer to $80K if you want everything.

Those wheels are great, but I will never own a mesh type wheel again. Takes longer to clean the wheels than the rest of the car.

Looking forward to the full reveal.

Holy hell did bmw remember how to make wheels again? Tastefully ornamented with actual concavity?

Not entirely true

Mine are coated with ceramic pro and it really has saved them

Once off the car it takes two times over 🧽🧽 and they're like new and just like they day they were coated

Agree…for sure not useless. If you don't clean the wheels once a year, it's more or less just a spray of with water and they are like new.

It should come standard with carbon fiber roof, in a M car sunroof doesn't make any sense.

People love to have choices

A Moonroof has almost always been an option over the preferred CF roof on M cars

The fact that BMW listened and added a moonroof back when the OG came out is truly awesome

Yeah but they shouldn't charge you couple of thousands extra for carbon fiber roof.

I agree with that

Hopefully it comes standard with a CF roof this time around

$72K that's strange. That's must have been with MP parts added on. I purchased a brand-new, fully loaded M2 competition and my car maxed out at $66,500 with destination. Mine was MY2020

They're my usual go to. Great pads.
Ever try Carbotechs? They are more expensive, but better stopping power and I find the brake dust to be similarly minimized.

I haven't but I'll definitely keep them in mind. The initial bite with the Akebeno's was always a little off. Probably more suitable for a commuter.
