Just as powerful as an F80, and weighs about the same. Stick shift. Wider track than the F87, shorter wheelbase than the F80... I might have to trade in my G82 come april!
to be pedantic, the G87 will weigh the same as the G82, so quite a few pounds heavier than the F80 depending on trim.

I'm still holding out hope that the CS/CSL/LCI 'fixes' things but hey, who am I kidding . Maybe though… just maybe.

Saw one in person at BMWNA lower level….doesn't do it for me and the ZB is not the color. It's a big car. The front in person looks flat for some reason and the rear is opposite, almost poking your eyes out at each corner.

Another note…it seems to sit very high off the ground especially the front

Awesome, plenty of clearance to drop it and install a splitter without having to worry about destroying it!

One way to look at it. The mid section is very busy with all the fangs

Damn I thought I read somewhere it was just around 3600lbs? Guess I was wrong.

Looking at the official press release spec sheet , it's:

Quote:
Weight, unladen, to DIN/EU kg 1725 /1800 (1700 / 1775)
or 3802lbs / 3968lbs (3748lbs / 3913lbs)

I love the part of the review where he said it's lighter than the M3/M4. Little does he know - the G87 M2 is almost the same exact weight as those cars. So he needs to do a little more hw / research before presenting such bogus facts next time... LOL
