3.5" longer than E46, 1.4" shorter than E92. Wider than both. In today's world a nice size.

Just noticed all the ones left are automatics (radar sensor). I guess the journos were out having fun in the 6mt's?
But really though, it was a healthy 50:50 mix and only autos left... |

Look at this XM in the background and it has proper M badge, not a crooked one

Honestly, I was not a fan of ZB at all when it first came out, much like the others in this thread. Seeing it in person though really change my opinion. I was set on getting TR but I am not heavily considering ZB or BG. In sunlight, ZB reminds me of yas marina.

Nice photos. The car is looking horrendeous though...it's on about the same level as the old 3-series compact...

I have agonized over which car I should get an M240 or M2. I have to say the M240 looks more “special”. I love the black side skirts and mirrors where the M2 is all body color. So the only 2 series that are like that is the base non M sport coupe and the M2, just odd. I also think the M240 just looks better in general, the proportions work out better.I also really don’t like the grills with no surrounds. It looks like someone stole them. I am going to save myself 10 grand and over a year of time and get an M240.

mods…I really think that it’s just a matter of time before someone like Vorsteiner/Adro/R44 comes up with a different front. OR…the performance might be superlative and people will just overlook the front (or it just grows on you) like what happened with the G8x’s. Anyhow…is never a good idea to go for the first run of a new car, the M240 has been around already. Good luck and whatever you get…ENJOY IT!!! 😈

Wouldn’t go over to well with the wife to spend $70K on a car then immediately need to mod it so I like it. I went through this before with the M3/M340. I have been driving the M340 for 3 years and LOVE it. I think the M “light” cars are the Goldilocks cars for me. I want a “real” M car but I dont want to buy one just to say I have a “real” M car. Right now I can’t even get an allocation for an M2 if I wanted one. I already have an order in for an M240. I am going to roll with it and maybe when the hysteria dies down on the M2 I will check one out.
