potentially a batch issue ?

I just came back from the dealership and went through all their showroom stock, service cars, etc, M240i, M2, 2 series , and they all have varying degrees of airbag indentation lines on them... some are more prominent, others are less, but they are all there -

It really depends on the lights, angles etc but they are certainly all there.
