Sr actually sold the store a little while back. It's under new ownership. But the same sales reps are there and most of mgmt. Bummer they ignored you, thats not cool. I wish you would have let me know, could have been lost in the shuffle when we changed emails address at the turn over. It was a few missteps here and there and even now just still dialing it all in.

I stayed on when the fam sold it bc I really enjoy doing what I do and I also love the forums so when they asked me if I would like to stay I of course accepted.

Maybe that is the reason why it is not like before, the new management is not like when you were there, i emailed and texted Kwinn, Brie and a new girl Vanessa, she is the only one who responded but without any solution, I got tired of asking them for a response on my order, I was supposed to be the customer, not the other way around begging them for answers, anyways it was a really bad experience, on the other hand glad to be in touch with you again

Of course the shop does a paint correction before the xpel and they do the ceramic coating after, it is a pro installation

Looks very well done although I’m not a fan of the stealth wrap, matte or Frozen paint trend.

As a BG owner, I think the color is kind of boring and a stealth wrap would make it more muted. Maybe it’s just me.
